Manny is the best manager I have dealt with in my 30 years doing appliance repair. Always prompt and courteous. Always professional and fixes any problems I have promptly. Very glad to have him, Anthony and Melissa are just as awesome!
After watching a YouTube video I went to buy a part (3 in 1 capacitor) for my refrigerator right before noon (their closing time on Saturday), the sales clerk (Manny) was friendly and did not rush me. He was very knowledgeable about the part I was looking for, he patiently went over the different options and even brought a used compressor to show me how to attach it to my compressor. He stayed ten minutes after closing time answering all my questions, and made me feel better about trying to do this project on my own.
