We had just purchased our home and the ducts had been neglected for a LONG time. It might be in our heads, but we immediately felt better after the cleaning. Received call at work that my meter box was bubbling up. Called FKAA (came out) and they stated it is on my side so I would need to call a plumber. My son said right away to call Haskins. It was 3:30pm and I had no water, called and spoke with Tommy, he was so kind and professional. He reached out and had someone in Big Pine within the hour. I got home from work in Marathon, and they were working so hard to get this fixed so that I would have water. Excellent Customer Service and very caring. Water meter was at an awkward angle, but they diligently worked at it until they were able to get the job completed. I am very greatful that the concern was my water being restored and not the fact that it was after 5pm. Thank you so much!!!! Great job!

Salty Roots is by far my favorite salon I’ve ever been to. When I moved back to Key West almost 7 years ago, I used to still go to my hair stylist in San Diego because I’ve always been very picky on who cuts my hair, then I met Tori. Ever since she’s started cutting my hair, I won’t go to anyone else. Her care for her clients is unlike any other stylist I’ve been to, she has the biggest heart, and most beautiful salon space overlooking the water. All of the stylists that work at Salty Roots are so kind, Key West is lucky to have these ladies!

Let me start by saying I’m one of those people that’s crazy about my hair. I was hesitant to find someone in Key West to do my hair, and I let it get bad. I went in today and saw Lydia, honestly, I have NEVER been happier!! The way she treated me was like she was working on her own hair! She was detailed, focused, kind and fun! Santy's hair/shave/hot towel combo is rapidly becoming one of my favorite pasttimes. I love the atmosphere, the music, the crowd. It's a bustling shop but also very relaxing. Santy also does a great job with my 4-year-old son. He loves (and I do too) that he has a barber that he can call by name.

One of my biggest stress in Key West was finding a barber that I could trust to work on my black son(s), kinky - coarse (curly) hairs. (If you know, you know) MOORE THAN FADES BARBERSHOP fits the vibe of servicing all ethnics. Very clean, open and chill barbershop. KEITH was my sons barber (on the picture posted; along with this review!) and he did a great job. I like it but it matters more that my son likes it too - in which he does. So, thank you again. Very relaxed environment and service has a reasonable price for Key West. This is the only place I trust to do acrylic and the charge is equivalent to the service. They have all the bells and whistles for any design and can do some pretty creative stuff. Definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough great things about Inna, Julia, and Nicole. Inna did my makeup trial and Julia did my hair trial, and they made me look the most beautiful I’d ever felt … until they outdid themselves on my wedding day six months later! My mom, aunt, sister, and I were all looking for a natural makeup look and Inna and Nicole NAILED it. My mom and I had never worn false eyelashes before, but Inna applied them so gently that we didn’t even notice! As a very pale person, I appreciated that Inna used SPF on me so I did not get a sunburn. All of our makeup survived several rounds of crying and looked amazing in pictures. For hair, Julia was able to give my aunt with short hair an updo. Julia also worked magic on my frizzy hair which stayed completely sleek and smooth the whole day. Even with my husband and I doing our first look offsite at Fort Zach, an outdoor ceremony, and several hours of dancing, not one hair was out of place. They made the entire morning completely calm with their kind and laidback energy. These women are true artists — check out their Instagram and you will see for yourselves how they make everyone look absolutely beautiful. Hot Cuts has moved to K&C Stylists 1509 Josephine St. I called and was set for an appointment in less then a week. Belinda was my stylist and dud an excellent job. My hair was damaged by the sun and she gave me a complimentary treatment to restore my hair to a beautiful condition, soft and full. The haircut and blow dry was beyond any expectations. Belinda is an outstanding and professional cosmetologist. The salon is clean and free of harsh product odors. Beautifully decorated and spacious. I highly recommend Belinda and this salon.
I made an appointment for Lorri for my sons wedding. I could not have been more pleased with her services. She was able to figure out exactly how I wanted my hair even though I had a hard time explaining it and she did my makeup so beautiful. She could tell I was nervous and she put me completely at ease. I really needed some professional help back in the Spring. I did a search online and saw the incredible hair coloring by Haleykai. I got an appointment with her and she gave me the best root hair touch up I've ever had! She knows how to match your hair color perfectly. I've had my hair done by some of the best hair stylists in the world from NYC, LA, Miami, and even Europe and Haleykai's knowledge of hair color, technique and artistic ability is one of the best I've ever seen. She is going to be a super star. You heard it here first! I did get a hair cut as well and really didn't want layers in the back as it was all even and long in the back so that I am not thrilled about having to wait for it to grow back the last 8 months. If you get a hair cut with her, just let her know no layers in the back if you don't want them or be specific with what you want, I had said a trim and wasn't specific enough so it was my bad. I did say layers in the front... She is a gem and I look forward to going back.
got my haircut there on a Thursday morning by a barber named Anatoly. He asked what I wanted and I told him make it short. He asked how I liked it cut and told him normally they use a clipper on the sides and cut the top with scissors. That's exactly what he did and did a great job bringing fading it all together. He also offered to do the eyebrows and without asking he trimmed those pesky ear hairs and lower neck hairs. all in all great communication and a great cut too. I will be back

I've had Frank's Plumbing do jobs for me at previous residences and they always responded quickly, and provided me prompt and efficient service. So I naturally went back to them for jobs at my new house. In 2020 they installed a tankless water heater to replace my aging and bulky tank heater (which the previous owners chose to locate in the master bedroom closet). Frank's crew were fast, efficient, cleaned up afterward like they were never there, and didn't charge an arm and a leg like some plumbers in this town do. So for the past several years I've had the use of my energy efficient, immediate demand tankless water heater, with no muss, no fuss, and saving me lots of space in my closet, and more importantly lots of money. More recently, I contacted them about a problem with a shower. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and came out to fix it. And today (3/7/24) they came out and repaired a broken water shut-off valve. Always prompt, courteous, and professional service!Thanks Frank's!

Wayne was fair, honest, and gave a reasonable and timely estimate for our renovation. His staff were knowledgeable and did a great job with both the rough work and finish work. He used all vinyl trim outside to minimize future maintenance and pressure treated wood for framing. The hardwood floor in the addition matched perfectly with existing floor and was a seamless transition. Due to long wait time for the hurricane window, he reinstalled the old window allowing us to get into the room and came back to install new window as soon as it arrived. I highly recommend this contractor and will use him again when I replace my existing windows with impact resistant windows.

I woke up with a major pinch between my shoulder blades while on vacation in Key West over memorial weekend. I was worried it might ruin the rest of the trip. I was so glad that I was able to call ahead and they accepted me as a walk in. I do not remember the Dr's name but he was very thorough. I was there for 45 minutes evaluating, doing some brushing method and of course adjusting me. He even massaged on the knot a little to loosen it up. No chiropractor I have ever been to has taken the time to do all of these extra steps to help "fix" me. The price was reasonable although I probably would have paid just about anything to salvage our trip. Lol. It worked wonders and we were able to enjoy the rest of our vacation!
After the just exam and first adjustment I slept through the night for the first time in almost 2 years and woke up far less stiff than usual. After the second, I had no stiffness at all.I initially chose Dr. Norman due to his new patient evaluation special he was running.The price to get the evaluation with X-rays and a first adjustment was unbelievable.I hadn't been to a chiropractor in many years, and honestly just wanted to know where I stood with my back.I'm so glad I took the leap, and his staff are wonderful.

We really appreciated the knowledge of the crew on the wildlife, as well as the sustainable materials used for lunch and snacks. They serve all organic foods from Date and Thyme! We were able to see dolphins, snorkel, and kayak and it was a perfect day on the water. Thank you to all that showed us a great time!

Flow Spa gave me such a relaxing and peaceful experience as I received a deep cleansing facial! The girl who took care of me was Paris, she was so sweet and gentle as she exfoliated, extracted, and massaged me! I never felt more relaxed and calm ? I highly recommend Flow Spa’s services as they are efficient and incredible kind! 10/10 experience!

Alin was absolutely wonderful. Very professional, asked specific questions so that I may have the best experience. He focused on the areas I mentioned and worked diligently to release the stress I was carrying in my shoulders and back. The staff was wonderful and the atmosphere is relaxing, clean, and inviting. Lots of Sport injuries, 50 years of pushing a Flats Skiff and major back issues. Gregory Henke is good medicine , he definitely is listening and applying your information to his massage procedure. I had an old Back Injury flare up and my usual, walking, stretching, Inversion Back Swing were not enough to get out of the Lower Back Spasms. 70 minutes after Greg went to work I was a new man. Call him !

When I say this is one of the absolute best massages I've ever received, it WAS.
I received the deep tissue. It wasn't what I was accustom to but I do not object to their format or practice. My low back, neck and hip flexor were extremely tight. They were able to stretch me out and it felt AMAZING!
I never drift off during a massage. I wouldn't say I fell asleep, but I wasn't completely awake neither and I felt so incredibly great after.
I set another appointment on Monday before I leave. Give this place a try!!
