We had Matthew do our treatment for termites for our property in key largo. He explained everything that he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Matthew was very thoughtful and careful and went the extra mile to ensure we were more than 100% satisfied. They tented and treated our new home for termites and other pests. Now we have termite bond and monthly pest service and we're pretty pest free. Obviously, you're going to see an occasional bug but overall no complaints. All techs have been friendly and responsive.Services: Termite extermination
In the recent past, the technician assigned to my home spent less than 15 minutes doing the work. Which in my opinion, does not constitute or justify the work needed, even less the cost of the quarterly service I am being charged by Terminix. However, during the last visit, 2/16/22, CYNTHIA KUHNS, the assigned tech, was a lot more thorough, and met much more the expectations of the service & treatment deserved.Services: Spider extermination
