Jacob is now our plumber! Our tankless water heater stopped working. I thought a plumber is who I should call. The guy who installed it years ago was MIA. Jacob came out over Thanksgiving weekend (apparently plumbers’ busiest time!) and quickly determined it was an electric problem not a plumbing issue He was so kind, efficient and helpful! He is our guy now for all things plumbing.

Responsive, called and/or texted back right away, was on time. What is wrong with this company?! I will use Jacob for all future plumbing needs.
