Sturtz Lock and Safe

We broke the key in the ignition of our boat while being tossed around with 20 knot winds at a mooring ball in the harbor. We called sturtz and they told us when they would be there and in just a few minutes he had our broken key out of our 42-year-old Volvo marine diesel ignition and we were on our way again. Friendly service, fast service, expert service you can't ask for anything more.

Ok so I can admit I was a bit unfair to this company in my first attempt to experience thier services. I called about 3 times because I locked my keys in the truck and instead of being patient I went at it alone. I since then have called them back and listened to the instructions on the recording and realize I didn't follow the instructions probably. So I is my fault for not paying attention to instructions. I give this new review because the company was concerned enough , cared enough to ask me for more detail on what happened that night. Please give them the opportunity to work and they will come through for you. Four stars for caring to touch base with me. Thank you.
