“I have been using B&G for years for routine maintenance on my residential hvac, they have also replaced my whole system several years ago, and added a smaller unit to heat and cool the garage. They are always available, responsive, answer the phone. Over the weekend we had an issue with our hot water heater, covered under warranty, which they are dealing with and have an appt within days to get it replaced.
