“First it is rare to receive a schedule window of only two hours whereas most service companies give you 6 hours or more. The technician arrived at the time scheduled and was very polite and represented his company with professionalism. The timely repairs and along with the quality in which it was performed reflected his professionalism. He left the area clean and wore shoe covers as soon as he entered our home which we appreciated given we had just installed new flooring.
