Eric and Hunter were absolutely incredible. They were very kind and patient. Eric really took the time to help us find the best solution to our problem. He allowed us to watch the process so we can manage future problems, if they arise. Very happy with the physical service and customer service they provided. Will definitely be using Mr. Rooter for all our plumbing needs!

Eric did a wonderful job in detailing and explaining the necessary steps to clear our main drain that affected two full bathrooms. He cleared the blockage at the estimated price. And was conscientious when coming into our home. We continue to use Mr. Rooter of Jacksonville.
