First time we used Jerry and it won't be the last. He was thoughtful, capable of resolving issues, and very polite. He was very customer service oriented and was not going to leave until we were completely satisfied with his work. We were. We needed a toilet to be relocated. Pricing seems to be the going rate and better than others.
Called Jerry with a leaking water heater. He quickly responded, helped us determine the warranty date on the heater and then helped us select a new water heater. He came back the next date to replace it. His fee was fair and reasonable and Jerry was extremely professional and highly responsive!! I highly recommend Jerry for your plumbing needs!!
