“I was so happy to call and get an appointment right away this morning and I was even happier when Shawn and Frank showed up. Shawn called me and the office called me twice to let me know that he was on his way. Within a few minutes after arriving, Shawn showed me the melted wires that caused the heater shut down before he and Frank fixed it. They did a wonderfully efficient job of repairing my heating unit. They were a good team and had the job completed in 30 minutes!. Highly recommend Air Commander.“

“I am so impressed with Watts! Found water pooling around the base of my air conditioner and between the blower motor and filter yesterday (a Sunday!). Called them as I could not find the clog and they were out early Sunday evening. Their technician was extremely professional, removed the clog and checked everything over. He even fixed a drain pipe that was draining water into my driveway. I will 100% use them again!!“

After several years of companies being dishonest and trying to charge for new parts instead of repairing my unit, I found Anchored A/C and have been so happy with their honesty and genuine concern for me as their customer. Brian is the ONLY service tech I trust. He is absolutely AMAZING! He even went above and beyond last year to "band-aid" my elderly father's unit to get him through the scorching summer! My unit stopped working last weekend while I was out of town and I left a message Sunday night and first thing Monday morning, Brian got me on the schedule for 11am.....He showed up at 11:05 and got the unit fixed and back up within 30 min....That's customer commitment at its finest. “Honesty & Integrity
I have to say that David from Winter Haven Air Conditioning went above and beyond to not only fix my a/c but to be honest and save me money. David came out, took one look at my a/c unit, made a simple suggestion for us to try to help fix the problem. He ended up not charging me for the service call and in my humble opinion he really showed a lot of integrity. When my husband came home he followed the advice, which ended up being very helpful and necessary. After that we knew we needed David to come back out and most likely add some Freon (or whatever they call it now) to the system. David came back, checked the system and affirmed that we needed the system charged. When he was done he made sure all of our vents were blowing cold air and our problems were solved. For as long as I live in the area this is the only air conditioning company I will use. Honesty and integrity mean a lot to me, and knowing that this company is honest and won’t try to price gouge me, or force me into services I don’t need means that I can take them at their word and trust their advice.
They also get someone out the same day you call, so you get a speedy response as icing on the cake.
The ladies who answer the phones are polite and helpful. They listened to my terrible explanation of the problem and helped me figure out what I need the technician to come out for, so they could get me the help we needed. This really is an all around A+ company that I think deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.“
