They get you on their schedule quickly and their tech who goes by "Kay" is a the most honest air conditioning tech I have ever met.A big local company you've heard of wanted over $2,000 for the MINIMUM repair. And it would take a long time to get the parts to fix it. They instead pushed me to buy a whole new unit.Kay on the other hand called around and found the parts and for the entire job including multiple trips to my home and labor wanted less than HALF what the major company wanted. “Highly recommend John with Master Works! Great with communicating, on time to appointments, respectful of your home, and truly cares about his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable (and does all the warranty research he possibly can for you!), and he takes the time to answer all questions - no matter how many you have, or how silly you may think they are, ask ask ask away! He fit us into his already busy summer schedule rather quickly, and he got our house cooling properly once again. Living, working and sleeping in an 86+ degree home was uncomfortable for a few days, but we are happy those days are behind us thanks to John! He prides himself in offering his customers piece of mind, and we are so thankful!
