“Hi Ken. My name is Cecilia. I have a residence at 2505 Carolina Av., Lakeland that recently needed a compressor replaced. I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with the service I received from Ryals. To start, my former AC contractor who my family has been committed to for over 25 years has since retired. He has done all of our AC servicing both personally and professionally seeing as our family is in real estate and also have several properties.My story. I am living in Guam and have a friend staying in my home in Florida. He called me Friday at 4 am letting me know the AC was not cooling. I immediately got on the phone to my usual new AC contractor who went out and determined it was the compressor. He was not able to service the unit and recommended I call a Bryant servicing company. I called 2 other local AC companies who told me it would be a week to two before they could even come out to assess the repair. Desperate (now 1230 am Guam time) around 1030 am Florida time I got online and found Ryals. I spoke to Jessica and explained my situation. She was not only kind, patient, reacted quickly but was also very helpful. She attempted to get a hold of the tech to schedule him for a call that day. She said the company tries to get customers who have no AC back up as quickly as possible. She was unable to reach them initially but eventually did have luck. The techs, Allen & Muret, were able to get right out within a blink of an eye and verify it was the compressor. I approved the repair, the part was picked up and by around 345 pm Florida time (now 545 am Saturday Guam time) my friend texted and said the repair had been completed.I was so very concerned for my friend having no AC as I have been keeping abreast of the extreme temperatures back home. Yes, I lost a night sleep but the fact my AC had been repaired so expeditiously overshadowed my loss of sleep.One, I wanted to take this opportunity to say thank you for your staff and their attention to my situation. And two, I say . . . Ryals is my new go to for AC repairs from here out“

“I cannot express how happy we are with Lakeland Air Conditioning Company. I originally called to have my A/C serviced, but learned of their electrical department at that time. I had A LOT of little electrical projects I wanted done like changing out my switches and outlets, adding a few outlets and light fixtures, changing multiple light fixtures, and adding an extra circuit to the box. They came out and did everything in less than a day and a half, were very professional and cleaned up after themselves! This is a spectacular company that I would highly recommend! Oh, and by the way, their prices were very fair too!“
“Our AC stopped cooling our house at 7:30 PM Friday night, and we had several house showings scheduled for the next day ? We called just before 8 PM and the person we spoke to was so helpful and reassuring, and even gave us some advice about what to try to get it working again that night. She scheduled a technician to come out at 9 the next morning and he had us up and running again in under an hour! The technician was great about explaining what was wrong and how he repaired it. “We enlisted Lewman Electric to complete a major home electrical makeover. Everyone we worked with were top notch and very professional. Starting with the estimator who came out and walked the house with us taking in all our thoughts and having great suggestions. He took the time to explain things to us. After that there was literally no pressure. We took our time and when we were ready called them for the install. A crew of about 8 came out to our home for the entire day. They installed roughly 60 LED can lights (I lost count), 7 ceiling fans, 6 chandeliers, 6 coach lights, 8 new 2 foot LED strips, converted 4 4 foot strips to LED, added an attic light, installed 2 motion detectors, 3 bathroom vanities and added some extra juice and a surge protector to our panel and circuits throughout our home. Every member of their team was so polite and professional. You guys and girls truly are AMAZING!!!!! We love everything you did. Thank you very much. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Lewman. Great JOB!!!!!“

“Today we had our scheduled service on our AC unit and we had requested a technician who could talk to us about some questions we had regarding possible updates we needed. Randy and I were very happy this could not only be accommodated but after meeting with Skylar we were very happy with the results.
