We were having problems with both of our 18 year old A/C units cooling. Called Traddox and John responded to our call quickly. Explained our problem and he came out to evaluate our old systems the next day. John said we could recharge the units but explained it would not last long (he was trying to save us some money). We assumed it was time to replace both a/c units and he gave us a quote to replace both our units quickly at a very fair price (much lower than other companies). They came out 2 days later with our new handlers and a/c units. Our new systems are running great and our electric bill is much lower now thanks to John and his crew!!

If you’re not using John, you’re messing up. Honest. Excellent work. Kind, fair and generous.I had an issue with my AC system and John addressed it quickly. Unfortunately my system was beyond repair (something he warned me about) and it soon failed after. John was kind enough to take that into consideration and was very fair when we had to replace the unit soon after.It’s tough to find someone that is trustworthy but also does great work. John strikes a perfect balance and I’m very grateful I found him.
