I found connective after experiencing chronic sciatica pain for months. I was seeing a back specialist who found a disc bulge and a slew of different diagnoses, sent me to a PT for 8 weeks and I ended up in worse pain then when I arrived. I could not sit, walk, or lay without feeling pain. It was missable.
