“This office experience has improved since Covid. I felt that they overbooked appointments before, and the doctor was very rushed and kind of discounted your issues. Last week was a turnaround, maybe it was the day but they seem to have more help and the doctor was able to spend time w me. I do agree that the front desk isn't the friendliest there. Dr Segal is super smart, he may be leaning towards focusing on research, so it would be great to see him bring on another qualified ophthalmologist because this is a busy location. Their glasses are pretty expensive if you have to pay out of pocket....“
