I liked the selection of frames they offered. More importantly, the service fromChuck was outstanding. Because Chuck is such a congenial person, I looked over the fact that I had to wait a hour for my appointment. My fault, not his, he asked if he could take another client who had been there b4 me and I agreed. Didn’t realize they would take that long but Chuck made up for it with his personality. He worked with us on the pricing and we left happy

I had a great experience at Delray Optical located at 5869 W. Atlantic Ave, Suite #A2B in Delray Beach FL. We are visiting from out of state and a pair of my prescription glasses had the lens pop out of the frame. I phoned Delray Optical and Chuck picked up on second ring and answered my questions about getting the repair done. Upon arrival I asked for Chuck and he scoped the repair and fixed the glasses immediately. Chuck spent time telling us about Delray Optical's services, days and hours the doctors were onsite. When it was time to pay for the repair Chuck refused payment for the repair service. He said it only took 60 seconds and it was his pleasure to help...read full review
