This office experience has improved since Covid. I felt that they overbooked appointments before, and the doctor was very rushed and kind of discounted your issues. Last week was a turnaround, maybe it was the day but they seem to have more help and the doctor was able to spend time w me. I do agree that the front desk isn't the friendliest there. Dr Segal is super smart, he may be leaning towards focusing on research, so it would be great to see him bring on another qualified ophthalmologist because this is a busy location. Their glasses are pretty expensive if you have to pay out of pocket....

Dr. Segal is a thorough and competent ophthalmologist. He is gentle when giving an eye exam. There is an optical department in his office which carries a nice selection of frames. I highly recommend this office.

What an excellent Doctor! I'm so glad my Internist referred me to Dr. Bruce Segal during an eye emergency.Not only his office staff accommodated me to see him soonest, but the treatment from beginning to end was a good experience. Everyone helps everyone. Dr. Segal had a few patients waiting, and I could see he was conscious of the patients remaining. He was detailed and took his time assisting me. I was thrilled to learn they're taking new patients!
