“This is a hidden Gem. I was referred to this location because I was told they have unique glasses, as I was complaining to someone that I can never find frames that I like because all of the optometrists and stores where you buy glasses, sell frames that are either designer or frames that are what everyone else is wearing. I feel like they put everyone in the same basket and we are supposed to wear the most popular style at that time but don't allow you to be an individual. The customer service was amazing and the eyewear knowledge weas amazing. I walked in and I was basically talking about myself, and based on that, the owner was able to pull a pair of glasses off the shelf and it was exactly my personality. My face is unusually small, so he also showed me his collection of smaller sizes and I was impressed with those as well. Thank you to Craig and his assistant.“

Danielle did the visual processing evaluation and provided many breaks to help a long tedious evaluation easier. We look forward to our second appointment to go over the results.“

“Re: Je-Decia, ClyneI have never responded to any review, either negative or positive in my 40+ years in a successful practice.This person’s young son, was completely disruptive to my entire office. He was out of control and the Mother did absolutely nothing to control him. She was on here phone not paying attention to what her son was doing. She acted like she didn’t care as I was struggling to examine her son.. I felt sorry for her son.I did finally complete the comprehensive eye exam after an extended period of time (>45 minutes) and showed the patient and the Mother the increase in vision her son obtained with the new eyeglass prescription.She selected a pair of eyeglasses for her son with the help of my optometric assistant .At the same time NOT paying attention or disciplining her son , who was destroying my office and had to be supervised by my office staff.When the eyeglasses were ready , the Mother was called to get them adjusted to her son . At the time of dispensing of the eyeglasses the Mother put on the son’s eyeglasses and immediately began arguing that they were too strong for her son as she could not see out of his eyeglasses.That absolutely makes “NO” sense as it is NOT her prescription. .We told her that there is an adaptation period, especially with first time prescription .After several days,the Mother called back and said she wanted to bring the eyeglasses back as they were wrong, without any proof that she had been somewhere else.When she came back the first time without an appointment, we had gone for the day. My cleaning crew was there . She was carrying on in such an inappropriate manner, that the cleaning ladies son was petrified!!! I told my cleaning lady not to let her in and to call the police if she didn’t leave.The Mother was notified to come back Monday to return the eyeglasses for a full refund.She never showed up on the following Monday. When she finally showed up to return the eyeglasses, I took them back into my exam room and read them and they were exactly as I prescribed..We gladly refunded her money and told her she was not welcomed in my office again, due to her inappropriate behavior.She was also very nasty on the phone to my staff, when I would not release my payment for the son’s exam back to the insurance company. This was so she could get another appointment paid for with another eye doctor to be covered by insurance. But, she had been to 2 other eye doctors already????I should have stopped this exam on the first encounter and referred this patient somewhere else.Horrible experience,Dr Alan M JonesBoard Certified Optometric Physician“
