“This year my 27 year old roof needed to be replaced and I got estimates from 5 different roofing contractors. AAA roofing Svc was one of the only contractors to actually communicate with me after the estimate. After comparing estimates I had several questions and *** the owner came to my home at 5:30pm and spent over an hour answering all of our questions-- a rare experience with contractors in South *******. My roof was installed ahead of schedule in Feb, 2023 and I was kept informed in every phase. The office staff (*********, *****) always either answered or returned phone calls and any small issues that arose were always handled upfront and honestly. I could not have been more pleased with the re-roof process after hearing friends/neighbors horror stories with other contractors.Several months after installation I had 2 separate issues and needed to contact AAA roofing since they offer a 10-year warranty. In november I noticed an issue in my front bedroom and I sent pictures to ***, the owner on a Sunday. Tuesday Am, *** and his crew were at my home early (so I didnt have to take time off work) and determined the issue was cracks in the stucco. *** had his crew peel the stucco off around the concrete flashing, resealed the flashing on top and bottom, re-stucco'ed the entire area around the front of my home and had a crew member come back a few days later to re-paint.... and he did not charge me for any of that- Again a rarity in South *******. A month after that issue I noticed a very small water spot on my Master bath ceiling and texted *** a picture on a Saturday Am, He and his crew chief were at my home Tuesday AM early again and determined the issue was a small amount of water entered the exhaust fan stack during a strong wind/rain storm a week prior. *** scheduled his crew to return later this week to put an extra screen on the stack to prevent this in the future.This company is truly an exceptional Business that cares about their customers. “

“We needed a quick fix on a front section of our house that had no gutters. I don't know the exact details as I left that part to my husband, however, I do know that the problem was big enough to leak into two closets during a mighty rain storm, which unfortunately ruined some of the baseboards in the rooms...UGH (this company also has someone that does baseboards!!!).

I Googled gutter companies and saw NOVA Gutter Corporation had great reviews, so I called them in the late afternoon and was greeted by Wilson, the owner...very nice gentleman. He asked for some info and said he'd have someone out first thing the next morning. I honesty wasn't going to believe until I saw it, and sure as heck I saw it 8:00 the next morning!!!

Victor happily arrived to our home and spent time looking into the fix. He also took the time to quote us for gutters on the whole house, which we're waiting on until we get a new roof.

Victor had another job lined up that morning but said he'd pick up the materials for our house on the way back from that job and then come to us. He stayed in contact with us throughout the day. Unfortunately the predictable summer rain delayed our job slightly, but Victor arrived later that afternoon in the crazy South Florida summer weather! He got to work right away and got the job done!

We were very pleased with how it turned out and just amazed at how quickly and easy the whole process was start (phone call to Wilson) to finish (beautiful gutters to keep the rain away)!

We HIGHLY recommend NOVA Gutter Corporation! They were out the next day to do our neighbors house!
