They told us what wrong, got the parts and had our system back up and running in no time. Our landlord said they were the best in the county, and we def believe them! “Servicing our AC twice a year is something we have been doing for last 30years. We have never had a company or service tech as professional and knowledgeable as United and Charlie the tech.
Charlie is prompt and meticulous and knows everything about my inside AC unit and Garage unit which United installed for us.
I actually called United while I was away for 3 months because there was a problem in my garage and Kristen who answers the phone took care of my problem the next day. I let the tech into my garage remotely and he fixed the issue.

I just experienced one of the most predatory things I’ve ever went through! Please be cognizant of businesses out there that are out to take advantage of you in your most vulnerable state. I had an issue where my AC went out yesterday and it was after hours so I contacted AND Services and they said that they would come out later and they couldn’t make it afterwards so they scheduled me for the next day. They came out and quoted me $7,600 to fix the problem and they were astronomically way off the mark! I spoke with a Lovely woman Dela from Hott Sun (I think that’s her name) and she was very helpful despite telling her I already had AND Services coming out to service the HVAC system. Once I noticed that the other business was being shady I called Hott Sun back and she dispatched Mike out and he was at my home within an hour and was able to get the job done within a half hour. He just looked at the issue and told me he didn’t think that there was nothing there to justify the price that AND services were quoting me. He replaced the capacitor and ran a thorough inspection and diagnostic and the issue was fixed. I was charged $153 for everything (I did have warranty coverage as well). Sometimes it’s just best to wait until you can have a reputable business come out and do the job right. I wish I had just been a little more patient and I could have avoided the hassle and stress that I experienced with the other company that I went through. I highly recommend Hott Sun AC! Hott Sun AC has a great asset with having Mike as an employee! I couldn’t be more blessed with having the privilege of having Hott Sun AC help me out. Thank You very much!“

I called Ocala Heating and Air on 08/31 after getting home from being in the hospital for 4 days and the AC wasn’t cooling. I immediately called OHA and they had Eddie on call. He was at my home relatively quickly (20 minutes plus or minus) identified the problem and fixed it. This was important due to my husband working the next day and needing a good nights sleep after taking care of me. Thank you Eddie for your quick response, identifying and solving the problem!

I was referred to Ocala Heating and Air by another very reputable AC company. They were unable to meet my emergent needs due to no fault of their own, so they said, Hey, call Ocala Heating and Air. So I did. Zach responded when he told me he would and had my AC issue fixed very quicky. He was polite, professional and most importantly had a smile on his face. “Service Experts has serviced my HVAC needs for many years, but yesterday afternoon I had a major plumbing disaster with water streaming outside and no water inside. After a very dry night, master plumber ALEXANDER ANOCETO was at my door at 8:04 am and got right to work diagnosing the problem. He was very professional and patiently explained what went wrong and several options how to fix it, determined not to leave until we found a solution that would fit within my budget for an unexpected expense this late in the month. “I had an overall outstanding experience with Coast to Coast for a new ac system installation. I called and inquired about getting an estimate and someone was sent the same day. The Lead Project Manager (Hunter) was sent out to inspect my system and all aspects of the ac system including the duct work in the attic. Hunter spent about 2 hours reviewing everything and then was able to give me several options for replacing our ac system. Once I decided on which system to go with, the installation was scheduled within 2 days. On the day of installation, the 1st technician showed up at 7 AM to start prepping everything for the new system. Soon after this the 2nd technician arrived. These 2 technicians were Jensen and Jared. They were extremely well versed in what they do and they did a fantastic job on going above and beyond with the installation of our new ac system. They did not miss anything and they did not take any shortcuts. From the time they spent in the attic retaping duct work to the time they took cleaning and rebuilding the table top for the air handler to sit on. These guys were making sure that our investment in a new ac system would be an investment that we were happy with. These techs worked non stop with the installation and finished around 7 PM that night. Based on this exceptional experience with Coast to Coast Heating and Air Conditioning, I will always recommend them to friends, family, and anyone that needs ac or heating repair.
