“We contacted Coast to Coast because it was time to replace our old ac unit. We figured winter time would be the best time to have the work completed and we have other work being done, so now was a good time to knock it all out. ***** and his partner came out, wish I could remember the other gentlemans name! Both of them were very professional and very knowledgeable! We received a quote with many different options that very same day. They went to their truck, put a proposal together with different options, printed it and returned inside the house. We reviewed it and asked our many questions. My husband and I had decided within 15 minutes of them leaving the house. I called ***** and informed him of our choice. All of this took place on Thursday evening. Monday morning we had an excellent team ready to install our brand new kick a** air conditioner. We had ******************************** and ****. They showed up with smiles and a great attitude. These guys REALLY knew what they were doing! They had a lot of work ahead of them and yet still continued to smile. They were very clean, didnt create a big mess and everything looks excellent! They communicated very well with what was needing to be done and how long it would take. My husband and I felt so comfortable with these guys, we left the house for several hours. I completely understand why they have so many awards and EXCELLENT reviews! They are all hard workers, great workers full of knowledge, know exactly what needs to be done and how to get the job done.If you find yourself reading this and you or someone you know are in need of an air conditioner, I HIGHLY recommend Coast to Coast. “This company was recommended by my father, brother and sister. Got a new AC. and airhandler installed. And relocated the airhandler to the opposite side of the house. It was done in 1 day. And for a better price than the 4 other companies I called. I then called over 6 months later to replace the airducts from 1982. The office lady(I'm sorry I cant remember her name) knew exactly why I was calling and remembered everything from the call that long ago. The 2 techs that showed up got a 2 day job done in 1, Where clean and thorough and nice as can be. I plan on buying a second house in the area and I will be calling them again to get the next house squared away.
