We contacted Coast to Coast because it was time to replace our old ac unit. We figured winter time would be the best time to have the work completed and we have other work being done, so now was a good time to knock it all out. ***** and his partner came out, wish I could remember the other gentlemans name! Both of them were very professional and very knowledgeable! We received a quote with many different options that very same day. I used Coast to Coast to install my new Trane XV 20 system to replace a very old system. The entire process, from sale assistance in selecting the system suited for our needs, to thoroughly inspecting my residence to determine the upgrades and repairs necessary to support the new system, to the scheduling of the install, to the actual installation process, was as smooth as one could hope to have. My wife and I had experienced a series of failures in the two HVAC systems in our 40+ year old Ocala home. It was obvious, even to someone like me who is thoroughly unqualified, that the systems were old, poorly installed, and would continue to be a source of problems and expense.
