I have been dealing now with Pond's for going on 3 years. I am now on my third service contract and have never been disappointed. I just wanted to mention how happy I was with the service that Hoke provided on his first service visit to my home. He did a thorough inspection and kept me updated on what he did and what he was going to do. With people like Hoke, it is no wonder that Pond's always provides exceptional service.

I’ve used Ponds 3 times and have been completely satisfied with their service. Ted, the maintenance tech came out Saturday morning to get my air up and running again. He was so helpful in telling me how I could keep my system in good shape in between regular maintenance. He was very fair with pricing. Ted was also here to repair my unit a couple of years ago while I was out of state! He called me while he was at my house and explained everything he needed to repair my air conditioner and fixed my air! Ted has really helped get my system back on track! I’ll keep using Ponds!

As a former employee you cannot get a more honest review. I worked for ponds for over 2 years and enjoyed every minute. Harry is a true professional and one of the most honest guys in the business. Cody is a top notch genius in HVAC and I would trust anything he tells you about your system. Ted will never steer you wrong and always do what's best for the Customer. Dj, Avery, and Christian are among the best installers in the business I have ever seen. A great company, a bunch of great guys. I have worked in HVAC for 14 years and I have seen alot. Ponds is a solid company and you be crazy not to call them.
