To Whom it may concern at All-Star Heating and Cooling:Robert was very professional in every sense of the word. He arrived in the time frame that was given. He went to work right away. He consulted me with his findings and after my approval he went to work on to correct the problem.I would appreciate if on future cleanings or anything to do with my unit that Robert be sent to deal with my unit from here on in. The email before arrival with a picture of the tech was a great safety feature. David fixed the issue and answered questions. He even adjusted some ceiling vents for me. Very pleased.Service: A/C system maintenance
