“Fantastic execution in replacing my oil furnace, very polite, showed up on time, worked hard, and produced a premium product. Also, replaced and installed my hot water tank with a hybrid tank. Very fair prices. I got several quotes from different HVAC contractors with competitive pricing, but it was Peter who I trusted the most, and I was right. They finished the job in 5 hours in one day (furnace + hot water heater)They are small company and it was a little tricky to get hold of them sometimes, but that is because they were so busy in peak season in Nov/Dec. Be patient, their work is worth the wait.“

In a landscape where most hvac companies are charging outrageous prices for mini-split installs (sometimes $6,000 per mini-split), Chillie Willie is one of the only companies that offers excellent workmanship at a reasonable price (their pricing is not "cheap" but it is fair considering the work that they do). William himself was also very professional throughout the entire process - he sent me several revised estimates when I changed my mind about equipment a few times; he never tried to upsell me on anything; and he never tried to oversize any of the units (which is very important for heat pump efficiency). “Mr. Valenti upgraded our AC unit, and in the process provided us with a more energy efficient heat pump hybrid system that we are thrilled to have. Our heating is now comfortable – with appropriate humidity levels and real control over the two zones in our home.

Mr. Valenti was patient and expansive answering our many questions during the proposal phase, providing information that enabled us to complete the upgrade and stay within our budget.

The work included a redo of our zoning controls, so now each operates independently and as needed, with new thermostats that tailor system operation to our zone preferences.
