The price was significantly less than the competition, with the added bonus that William is an elite Fujitsu installer and knows what he's doing. In a landscape where most hvac companies are charging outrageous prices for mini-split installs (sometimes $6,000 per mini-split), Chillie Willie is one of the only companies that offers excellent workmanship at a reasonable price (their pricing is not "cheap" but it is fair considering the work that they do). William himself was also very professional throughout the entire process - he sent me several revised estimates when I changed my mind about equipment a few times; he never tried to upsell me on anything; and he never tried to oversize any of the units (which is very important for heat pump efficiency). I'm really glad I went with him and not one of the larger companies. I'm definitely going to call him for any maintenance work needed over the life of the system.“

“I am new to the Ridgefield area. I needed a few small bathroom fixes. They arrived on time and fixed 2 of the 3 issues. The dripping shower needed a cartridge that they did not have with them. They assured me that it would be a 10 minute fix with the correct cartridge. I stressed that I was looking to find my long term plumber and to not forget to come back. That was over 3 weeks ago. My shower still drips (how many gallons literally down the drain?). I called the office after about a week and was promised a call back with info as to when they would come. That was two weeks ago. No call, no service visit. Plumber came the next day and fixed it. I raised from 3 to 4 stars.“

Today he came out within 30 minutes when the gas boiler was not operating and the temperature in the house had fallen to 59 degrees. he made a temporary fix and then called back to say that he could get back later today with one of the parts needed, but wanted to come back on monday as well when another part would be in as a precaution. on an earlier heating issue, several years ago, he told me the issue was merely a faulty thermostat that i could replace for $25 and save a bundle of money. guys like stan are very rare.“

They finished the job in 5 hours in one day (furnace + hot water heater)They are small company and it was a little tricky to get hold of them sometimes, but that is because they were so busy in peak season in Nov/Dec.
