Called these guys up, they couldn't do my request so referred me to another local guy, who couldn't do the timeframe I needed so my request landed back at Flaherty who came out same day and fixed a rusted out shower drain for a reasonable price.Absolutely fantastic services, great customer service, and I love it's a local company. Thank you Jeff and team!!!!

I had a leak and a burst pipe, and in that extremely stressful situation, Flaherty was so helpful. I called several times to ask questions and provide information, and the woman I spoke to in their office was kind, patient, and responsive.

After 2 visits from the oil company who installed my hot water heater, they were unable to resolve the loss of hot water problem. Called Flaherty Plumbing & Heating and they set an appointment for the very next day. Their technician was able to come over in the morning earlier due to an opening in his schedule.. He diagnosed the problem in 5 min as a defective thermostat, said he needed to order the part, left, had the part in under an hour and back at my house to install. Work was complete and issue resolved before the originally scheduled appointment time. 10/10 would recommend.Service: Water heater repair
