Nick Caruso is wonderful and now that I have met him and seen the quality of his work, I will never call anyone else. He fixed what another plumber did incorrectly, and he cleaned up everything along the way, even what is not visible. His attention to detail, from the way he wraps up his wet vac cord, to how he caulks, is impressive.
I recently woke up one morning to a waterfall coming down the wall of my basement. I called Nick and he talked me through what to do immediately and then re-arranged his schedule to make it over and fix the problem ASAP. It wasn't an easy situation to diagnose, but Nick stayed as long as it took to get the job done. He was patient and thorough in explaining what happened so I could understand (since I have zero experience with plumbing). He's a solid guy and I highly recommend.
