“my recent experience using Look Outside for gutter cleaning was amazing! we ended up having a last minute issue at the house the day of our gutter cleaning that required our water to be turned off and the technicians were extremely understanding and were able to accommodate us and come back for the cleaning the next day. they did a very thorough job and even noticed a crack in our gutter and helped us seal it up. “I recently hired them to install chimney cap and exhaust fan opening through roof. The team is very responsive, professional and easy to work with. Eva did a great job with communication and handled my questions. Wilson and his team did a great job. Their price is competitive. I take one star off because they didn't bring dark color sealant and ended up using white sealant on my black roof and it ends up looking a bit messy. Overall I am very happy with their work and would def call them again if I need anything.“

I have had a great experience working with them to resolve a leaking issue; specifically, water is leaking into my attic from the flashing around the chimney. I am working with Andrew and he is great. Andrew has been very professional and helpful in trying to get this issue resolved. The seal around the chimney and flashing was redone and the leaking issue got better but not fully resolved. Andrew followed up with me and we are working to get the chimney completely sealed as a next step.
