“Temp air has been servicing the home I bought last year for several years - since they knew the house I started working with them as well. This past week in 90+ degree heat BOTH of my ACs broke (one for the first floor and one for the second fl)They came several times very quickly to get the 2nd floor working properly for me as I have a newborn baby at home and the heat was so bad! I am currently waiting for a quote to replace my first floor unit and furnace as they’re both super old. Shafi, Chris and Ray have all been great to work with and trying their best to get everything working. I’m hopeful they won’t be too booked up to get my new system in soon!!“

“Everything went exactly as promised. The install was clean, on-time, and flawless. The price was significantly less than the competition, with the added bonus that William is an elite Fujitsu installer and knows what he's doing. In a landscape where most hvac companies are charging outrageous prices for mini-split installs (sometimes $6,000 per mini-split), Chillie Willie is one of the only companies that offers excellent workmanship at a reasonable price (their pricing is not "cheap" but it is fair considering the work that they do). William himself was also very professional throughout the entire process - he sent me several revised estimates when I changed my mind about equipment a few times; he never tried to upsell me on anything; and he never tried to oversize any of the units (which is very important for heat pump efficiency). I'm really glad I went with him and not one of the larger companies. I'm definitely going to call him for any maintenance work needed over the life of the system.“

“Both my fiancé and I were beyond satisfied about Bill and his services. We had a fridge that stopped working properly--the freezer and the fridge stopped pumping cold air completely out of nowhere. On Wednesday after hours, I called and left a voicemail to two places, and the next morning (Thursday), only Bill called back and left a voicemail. On that same day (Thursday), Bill came exactly at when he said he would, between 2 pm and 4 pm. In fact, he arrived at 2 pm and buzzed our condo unit to be let in as per our instructions. Since we only had one fridge, we were so grateful for his prompt responses and visits on both Thursday and Friday. During his first visit, he took a look at our fridge and ordered some parts of the same brand, and then he came back the following day (Friday) for his second visit and fixed our fridge completely. When Bill wasn't sure if the part would arrive on the following day (Friday), he promised that he would come on Saturday. My fiancé offered to pay Bill more for his Saturday visit if necessary, but he politely declined and explained that we only had one fridge rather than two or three, so he said it was unnecessary for us to pay additional charges. Very few people in this world were as honest and professional as he was these days, and we were so lucky to have him as our fridge repair man.“
“Scott is the most honest and responsive person in the business. Tri Tech installed our HVAC system 3 years ago and stand behind there work. I had an issue with my Nest thermostats (software update) and Scott made it a point to come out with one of his technicians to be sure the system wasn't the problem. Even though Tri Tech did not install the thermostats they stayed after we rebooted the thermostats to be sure all was working well. I highly recommend Ti Tech. Scott is awesome and Kim Johnson always follows up. Good service is hard to find. Tri Tech Mechanical is one of the best.“

“So grateful that I switched to this company after 15+ years with another. Not only did they give me a much better rate on oil but they were there for me to solve a big problem. I arrived home from picking my children up from sleepaway camp and discovered we had no hot water due to an issue with our boiler. Despite the fact that it was Sunday during a holiday weekend, they had someone at my house and the problem solved within 2 hours. Didn't overcharge me either.“
