Scott is the most honest and responsive person in the business. Tri Tech installed our HVAC system 3 years ago and stand behind there work. I had an issue with my Nest thermostats (software update) and Scott made it a point to come out with one of his technicians to be sure the system wasn't the problem. Even though Tri Tech did not install the thermostats they stayed after we rebooted the thermostats to be sure all was working well. I highly recommend Ti Tech. Scott is awesome and Kim Johnson always follows up. Good service is hard to find. Tri Tech Mechanical is one of the best.
Cant recommend TriTech enough! Scott and his team are top-notch! They have replaced 2 of our systems- and we are very happy. Scott really went above and beyond for our family. Not only did Scott respond to my SOS request (when our old unit died) over a holiday weekend, but he also was very patient and took the time to educate my husband & I on various systems, did not try to "sell" us on anything, and offered very fair pricing. He also got the work done immediately and efficiently. His crew were very respectful of our home (took shoes off, cleaned up) and could not have been lovelier/more professional. Tri Tech replaced the heating equipment in our house in New Canaan, when we converted to natural gas. They also installed a tankless water heater and removed the old oil holding tank. Scott stayed in touch all the time to let us know about the scheduling of various tasks. He always responded promtly to my text questions. After the installation the basement was left spotless, tidy and clean. During the following months we had a couple of minor issues caused by extremely cold weather, and some of the issues were entirely unconnected to the new equipment. Scott was "on it" immediately.
