“Stop by over the weekend to scout for an activity for our kid. Got to talking with Master Manny. Nice guy. I never had anything handed to me in this life, when you are down the haters will kick you, but when you are up they stop kicking you because it hurts their legs. Lessons like this can make our kids tougher in the world and this dojo is good for that. We have not signed up yet but strongly considering it in the near future when our finically and money plans become in line.“

“I joined core principles training (for 50plus group) a few weeks ago and have been really pleased with the workouts. I joined because I want to develop more upper body strength and flexibility. Each week I am learning some new exercises and repeating some old, which has been working out really well. Emily is a great coach . Her encouraging words and positive attitude are wonderful.
