I'm so thankful for the Intro Private lesson special because I wasn't that familiar with Pilates. I then bought a 5 pack of private lessons with Jenni to learn how to modify my practice and now I'm ready for group classes. “I’ve had a great experience here and have improved greatly after a car accident. The dry needling especially has been very helpful. Scheduling and communication have been a breeze. I would highly recommend this type of therapy as you won’t be given print outs and expected to do the work yourself at home. You will receive lots of hands on and tips and techniques for getting you through between appointments.“

His hands on approach to treating my back issues has been key to finally being able to walk normal and live without pain. I don’t know if there’s a name for his methods but I call it functional PT. “I can't say anything other than this studio is AMAZING. They had a promotion for the month of January that I happen to stumble upon and it's changed my life. I train everyday but Sunday. The owner Meghan is great and also allowed me to rent the reformer space to teach my colleagues. So AFFORDABLE when you're dealing with performers on the road. We needed somewhere to train that is good for dancers. So if you're into pilates and coming through Denver...CHECK FLUID FUSION OUT!!! The teachers are all smart and thoughtful. If you don't know what pilates is I highly recommend you drop in to this studio and take a class. They offer mat, barre, reformer, gyro, and private's. Anything you want they have!!! “MOVE offers such a unique space and so many opportunities for dance at all ages! I've visited a handful of times for the tap master classes they host as well as a Rocky Mountain Rhythm winter show. Though the facility is older, it is very well kept and clean. They have a room for changing and shoe storage, two bathrooms, and a large dance room with a featured stage (at least that I've seen so far). Parking is available in front, behind, and across the street at the large shopping center.“
