We were shopping carpet from across the country as we decided at the last minute to update the carpeting in a house that was for sale. Larry worked with us to identify carpet brands we could see locally, helped identify what was available locally and helped identify a quality pad at a good price. It should end there, but there was a problem with the truck not having our carpet when it arrived the day before our installation. Problems happen, but how you handle them is what sets you apart. Within minutes of the problem I was contacted, they set expectations and clearly communicated what they were going to do on a saturday to better figure out how they could help me. Thanks to Jason & Larry this only led to a few hour delay. I couldn't be happier with Larry or carpet exchange.“

“We had new hardwood installed, old hardwood refinished, and patches done all on the same level. We also had our base boards done, but not painted. I couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out. One of the photos attached has a large 8 x 10 ft patch and a smaller 3 x 2 ft patch- I won’t tell you which one. It’s like there was never a break in the hardwood to start with. The team that did the work was fantastic. They were friendly, and incredibly respectful of our space and our home. The work was done so quickly and even the scheduling was fast. “What a great experience. Alex came to the house and measured perfectly. We discussed carpet and a few other flooring options. He told me why mixing vinyl with natural wood doesn’t work very well. After agreeing on the quote we set an appointment. Alex and his helper arrived on time with the carpeting and moved all the furniture. They were very careful not to damage anything. They were meticulous in removing the old and installing the new. We cannot see any seams. They did them perfectly. Afterwards all carpets were vacuumed and furniture put back in place. It was a very pleasant experience. I’ll certainly be using this company for my flooring needs next time.“
