On time, kind, professional, reasonably priced, extraordinary end product... awesome. Ended up choosing the oil on wide plank oak, and it looks better than any hardwood floor I've seen in my life. John Seth and Traci are awesome great people to work with. Honesty with these folks is there. Long story short when Seth demoed the old floor he discovered some unseen damage. It placed the project on hold while we dealt with those issues. John and Seth were so patient and never pressured us in any way.
