“We were very pleased with the work Sewer Lines Only did to mitigate root intrusion in our main line. They were able to complete the job in just a day, and tunneled under the sidewalk to save us the expense/hassle of having it torn up.

They did initially neglect to install the cleanouts that were mentioned in our invoice, but after we called to ask about them, they came back the next day and installed them at no additional cost, even though they had to re-dig the trench.

While we hope not to need their services again in the near future, we would absolutely recommend their work!“

“We had never used this company before, but chose them because they are Elite installers of Fujitsu systems. We had them install a 2-head mini-split system (Fujitsu), and we can say, so far so good. Installation went fine, crew was friendly (I enjoyed talking about chickens), work was permitted and inspected, they helped us with the rebate paperwork, they registered our equipment for the extended warranty, and they got us a better interest rate on our financing than we originally had. That last one was an especially nice surprise. Knock on wood we won't have to call them for a problem any time soon, but if we do, we'll report back if any follow up experience differs from the initial positive experience.“

“I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. Definitely using them again, especially if I want work done correctly the first time instead of what this home owner did which was literally just the bare minimum causing bigger issues later on :(“
