“Excellent company and superior service by Juan Nunez! I called Sveagle Plumbing because my water heater had stopped working. Juan came out the same day and determined it needed to be replaced, and also pointed out the rust on my copper piping from the shut-off valve. I appreciated that he didnt say the piping had to be replaced right-away, but said to keep an eye on it for leaks. I went ahead and had him replace that, too. I was provided with two estimates based on what size of water heater I wanted. Juan was very professional and competent! He started work right away and came back the next day to finish the water heater. It took another day to finish the piping, but that was due to getting the outside water turned off my the water company. I highly recommend this company.“

“Water was leaking down through ceiling from leak in upstairs toilet. I needed a plumber fast! Called Plumbline Services and talked to ****. He walked me through the steps to shut off water to house and to toilet and to remove water from the tank. He scheduled an appointment to repair the toilet the next day. Comforted by his calm demeanor and professional manner, I was able to sleep knowing that everything would be fine until morning. He came the next day and repaired the toilet. I was so impressed with his skills and proficiency that I asked him to check another older toilet that needed some attention. He quickly repaired it and had all the tools and parts necessary. I asked him to replace the faucet and sprayer in the kitchen sink since the old set was leaking under the kitchen sink. He also replaced the old plumbing which needed some serious attention. I am pleased to report that both toilets and the faucet and sprayer are working like brand new. No leaks now! Yea! **** is a real pleasure to work with. He is a professional and knows his business! “I was frantic because I was dog sitting and the toilet was literally flooding the bathroom and water was flowing into the hallway. They answered immediately and what should have been an “easy fix” actually exposed a seriously bigger problem (sadly I’m not the owner so I couldn’t say do the repair) but they stayed late and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use the toilet (and other appliances that use water) until the owner returned. Definitely using them again, especially if I want work done correctly the first time instead of what this home owner did which was literally just the bare minimum causing bigger issues later on :(“
