I dragged my feet for a while to complete the finish work, but finally got around to my powder bathroom and found out that the in-wall faucet assembly was backwards. Contacted Billy, he was responsive and got it fixed (at no cost) within a week after 5 years of being done with the job. Someone that definitely stands behind his work and company.“
