Lance, the tech, called on schedule and got pictures and dimensions of the old tank and the space where it was installed. He kept me informed of his arrival with the new tank and because of his planning and preparation, he only had to make 1 trip for the whole job. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that my installation would be up to code. He was a very clean and tidy workman and was very careful of my home. He did a stellar job and I would, and will, recommendations him and the Pipex Plumbing Company, wholeheartedly, to everyone I know!Service: Water heater installation
