This team was professional was from start to finish! They helped us figure out the best solution for our home since we will be adding solar. And then they showed up when they said they would and stayed until the job was done right. We were impressed with the large team that showed up and went to work, efficiently ripping out the old and installing the new in a short time. They continue to check to make sure everything is going well and I have confidence that I can call them anytime for support. Special shout out to Gary and JP who put in some OT.
The Elkhorn technician was super knowledgeable and professional. I felt really comfortable throughout the whole process and appreciated that he went out of the way to answer my questions and explain everything to me. Elkhorn provided the best home service I have ever experienced! The technician saved me from getting ripped off by plum line services. The technician was able to verify that the broken part on my heater was under manufacturer warranty. Plum line tried to charge me $1700 While Elkhorn did the job for 180! I will use Elkhorn for every service they provide for life! (Don’t use Plumbline)
