“Clean Cut recently reconfigured about 1200 square feet of our ranch home. Clean Cut created a new master bath, powder room, bedroom, master closet and relocated the dining room. Installed a dozen new relocated Pella windows and re-sided about half the house. New plumbing, new wiring, many LED can lights, 1 steel beam to open the kitchen to the living room after removing a large brick fireplace. 2 steel beams for floor support under the new 6’ X 9’ 1100-pound granite island. All new, beautiful Canyon Creek Knotty Alder kitchen cabinets (purchased through Clean Cut) and all new appliances in our new 350+ sq. ft. kitchen. The Clean Cut kitchen designer, Amalia, was terrific! Sounds like a lot and it was. We lived at the other end of the house during the entire 5+ month remodel. We absolutely love the finished product! Zack’s guys were great! Bryan Young was the project manager and man does he know his stuff! Extremely personable and detail oriented. The job Clean Cut did was nothing short of perfection! Scott, Carter, Dante, Devon, John and the rest of the crew were fantastic to work with on a daily basis. “After recently retiring, my wife and I had the enjoyable experience of remodeling our home. We visited Cress Kitchen & Bath and ended up meeting with Katie for several hours. Our home was very dated. We had 40 year old carpet throughout, wallpaper on every wall, popcorn ceilings, no ceiling lights, a wood burning fireplace with brick hearth, and a kitchen and two bathrooms screaming for updates. While we had a vision for our remodel, Katie took that vision to the next level. She gave us a detailed four month work schedule showing the work to be completed each day. This schedule rarely changed, and if so, it was because of manufacturer shipment delays beyond her control. Cress pulled the permits for our project and everyone involved with the remodel was great! This included our electricians, plumber, drywaller, painters, and carpenter. Katie coordinated the work schedule for all of them and communicated with us almost daily making several on-site visits per week. At the end of each day, trash was removed and floors were swept...very important to us since we were living in our basement during the entire project. Ultimately, we are beyond thrilled with our updated kitchen, bathrooms, and entire main floor. “We were lucky to find Doug and his team through a neighbor. Doug and his team, as well as his subcontractors did an excellent job on our Kitchen and Master Bath Renovation. Doug was great at fielding our barage of questions and addressing and solving problems as they came up. He was easy to communicate with and toss around ideas with. He is fair and sticks to his word. He even hires a cleaner to clean areas where work was done. A really nice touch.His team, Ryleigh, John and Alan that did the carpentry, cabinet install, baseboards and general contract work were excellent, with great attention to detail, were respectful and all around great guys. The tile work was done by Louie Contreras of Contreras Tile that Doug subcontracts with, and he did excellent work also. Plumber was good and electrical also. Doug managed the group of professionals well to get things done in a timely fashion and stick to timelines. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and master bath and highly recommend Doug and his team.“
