“We were lucky to find Doug and his team through a neighbor. Doug and his team, as well as his subcontractors did an excellent job on our Kitchen and Master Bath Renovation. Doug was great at fielding our barage of questions and addressing and solving problems as they came up. He was easy to communicate with and toss around ideas with. He is fair and sticks to his word. He even hires a cleaner to clean areas where work was done. A really nice touch.His team, Ryleigh, John and Alan that did the carpentry, cabinet install, baseboards and general contract work were excellent, with great attention to detail, were respectful and all around great guys. The tile work was done by Louie Contreras of Contreras Tile that Doug subcontracts with, and he did excellent work also. Plumber was good and electrical also. Doug managed the group of professionals well to get things done in a timely fashion and stick to timelines. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and master bath and highly recommend Doug and his team.“

“If you're looking for a Radon Mitigation company, I highly recommend Radon Seal. We just moved into a new house and Radon Seal was recommended to us by our realtor. The owner of the company does all of the work himself and is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, prompt and nicest contractor we've ever worked with! We called 5 companies for a quote and Brett returned our call within an hour and set up a time the next day to come look at our property. He showed up precisely on time the next day to give us a quote, and spent an hour explaining to us exactly what he would do. The quote was competitive, and we decided to use his services. He put us on his calendar for the next week, and again showed up on time. He worked extremely hard and our job was quite difficult since we also had to have our crawl space lined in addition to the installation of the radon system, but Brett did a great job, left our basement cleaner than it was when he arrived, and actually charged us a bit less than he quoted. He was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him to anyone who needed radon testing and/or mitigation! “Very happy with our new Hardie siding installed by 5280 Exteriors! Our original contractor took 5 months to get back to us with a quote and 3 months later, still gave us the run around on when he could start. We called 5280 Exteriors and they were able to start our project within 2 weeks and it was done in a week! We should have called them much sooner but most Denver-based companies refuse to come to our area in Pine but it wasn’t a problem at all for them. Bryce was great to work with and any minor concerns were handled immediately. Highly recommend this company!“
