“Zapp Exteriors completed a rebuild of a second story deck attached to my home and designed a custom insulated solidroof for sun and rain protection in January 2024.David provided a complete estimate in October 2023 and aimed for a December start date which he adhered to despite the requirement to involve my HOA design Committee and a structural engineer for the project.From start to finish, the project was completed on schedule, as described, with the flexibility for upgrading flooring which I later requested.The team was competent, professional and ensured my complete approval and delight with the project. Additionally, the total price was lower than my estimate from another company (a National chain) which planned to use materials of much lesser quality and did not include new decking and rails.I can enthusiastically recommend Zapp Exteriors after my experience with David and his team. The service was exceptional as was the final product.“

“HPM completed the redevelopment of John Meade Park, the main park in Cherry Hills Village. They exceeded our expectations, communicating well throughout the project and offering effective and low-cost solutions to any issues that came up during construction. For example, constructing a boardwalk through the wetland led to some surprising discoveries and the original building plan turned out to be unfeasible. HPM smoothly transitioned to a new plan, working with the engineer to field design a spread footer based on actual soil conditions, completing the work with no cost increase. The HPM team also went above and beyond to adjust the schedule so that we could remove fish from the ponds prior to dredging. Their sensitivity to the park’s riparian areas and wildlife habitat was very appreciated. Working with HPM was an excellent experience that made our park project a great success!“

Doug and Mike fully registered the requirements and made the job happen on time, on budget, and with superior results.
