At times communication could've been a little better and the amount of time it took to complete, could've been quicker. But that's also on the owner to stay on top of them. “If I could give him TEN stars, I would. Our pond-less waterfall was a disaster. It hadn't run for a full year, and was torn apart from another company who came out to find the leak and then never came back. Ryan quoted us a fair price and got right to work when he got to our house. He found a large hole and repaired it, and then put the whole thing back together in one afternoon! We were so grateful! Unfortunately, there was more than one leak because we were still losing water, but I texted to tell him, and he has been back out to our pond several times since then to troubleshoot. Every time, he finds something new to fix or tweak to make it run better. I know he'll take care of us, and that our money was well spent, because he doesn't charge us each time he has to come back. He quoted us a price to fix it, and Ryan has stood by his work!“

“If you are looking for a new roof, I definitely recommend working with Native Roofing. We have been very pleased with the entire process. We were working with Leonardo and he was very transparent about the entire process in the beginning so we knew what to expect. We had to go through our insurance and we only talked to them once to initiate the claim and Native took care of everything else. The removal and installation only took one day.
