“Building a custom home on a weed infested lot in Denver during a pandemic was a journey, and we are so grateful that we selected Brevan and Heidi Adams and their company Accent Design Build to share that journey with us. Brevan is amazing- he creates great relationships with everyone involved in the process which helps when you encounter any of the million and one issues that inevitably pop up. We had a true partnership- we had a very good idea of what we wanted but his input made our house much more beautiful, efficient and livable. (I will say we didn't take all of his suggestions but he was fine with that and we appreciated hearing them! On the other hand, after he explained pros and cons of things that I was 100% sure that I wanted, more often than not I changed my mind:). “Had Meier finish my basement back in 2001. Moved drains, great finish, done on time and on budget. Even built in storage shelves for the part of the basement that I wanted left unfinished for storage.“

“HPM completed the redevelopment of John Meade Park, the main park in Cherry Hills Village. They exceeded our expectations, communicating well throughout the project and offering effective and low-cost solutions to any issues that came up during construction. For example, constructing a boardwalk through the wetland led to some surprising discoveries and the original building plan turned out to be unfeasible. HPM smoothly transitioned to a new plan, working with the engineer to field design a spread footer based on actual soil conditions, completing the work with no cost increase. The HPM team also went above and beyond to adjust the schedule so that we could remove fish from the ponds prior to dredging. Their sensitivity to the park’s riparian areas and wildlife habitat was very appreciated. Working with HPM was an excellent experience that made our park project a great success!“

People walk in our house and are so impressed with the transformation! Both Travis and TJ are amazing to work with! They are great with recommendations and putting together visuals in the beginning before work starts that allows everyone to be on the same page and helps with visualization of the project. Everything is documented on their website; their progress, payments, costs, etc. And they are great about keeping it updated.
