“This is the best gym I have ever gone to. The trainers always make sure you are having your best day. There is a wide variety of folks that come to this gym. Some are athletes training for their own competitive sport, others are just trying to improve their fitness, and everyone works together in classes to cheer each other on to victory at whatever stage of fitness they are at. The personal trainers are amazing. The owners, Jen and Courtney, are kind, expert at their craft, and I feel fortunate to know them. I could not recommend this gym more for wherever you are in your fitness journey.“

“I have only been going to Personal Pilates for a short while now, but the essence of this studio is in the name. This studio has a personal approach towards health and wellness.Depending on what you are looking for or what you need, they offer a collection of classes. Each class has a comfortable amount of people in them allowing proper attention to detail from both student and instructor.Prices are competitive with the market, although I do wish they were more affordable so I could go even more often :)I look forward to enjoying many classes to come.“

“I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that.
