“I have worked with many of the trainers at NutriFit and they’re all amazing! I have worked with them on specific areas of weakness and also areas where I can’t get muscles to fire correctly and they have been able to help me. Natalie has also been able to provide me nutritional advice to support my workouts which is huge. The environment in the gym is excellent because you always feel welcome and like everyone is there to build themselves up. There is 0 judgement. I’d highly recommend NutriFit to everyone, from people who have been in the gym all their lives to people who are just getting started and are looking for a supportive community!“

“i've been an on and off runner for a long time. i found janet when i had moved west and decided to train for my first trail half. my goals were pretty simple. to train and finish my race without injury. i succeeded in this. while working w her i discovered i had way more potential. with her help and expertise she guided me through a few more trail halfs and also a 50k race last year. she has helped me really dial in my form and run safely and without injury. i trust janet with all of the running guidance. she knows so much. she is so kind. so gentle and someone i fully look up to. i have worked w her one on one. i have taken her course. i have also done one of her multi day running camps. if you are looking to improve your running whether it be form. speed. race planning. efficiency...you really ought to work with janet. i've been working w her now for like 4 years and am so so grateful for every single one of our sessions and the relationship we have formed. she is now going to coach me with a 50 mile trail run later this year and i am looking forward to learning even more fromher. . janet is really the best!“

“Future Proof is amazing with great trainers! I have worked with Forest since the beginning of 2020 and seen phenomenal results. “I have been working out with Chad and his team for over 4 years. I experienced back pain from the age of 32 until I started working out with Chad at 60 plus years old. His program really got rid of my back pain and the life limitations I experienced a few times per year when my nerves would get inflamed. I no longer experience anything like that. I will turn 65 in a few days. I feel like I am the fittest I have been in my life. That says a lot coming from someone that ran and worked out his entire life. The key was the core exercise that he helped me understand. Now I can do almost any exercise. It changed my life. I work out 4 days per week and have no intention of stopping. “I frequent the Broomfield location and it’s always clean, and free of sweat smell. Employees are constantly cleaning and keeping up on the locker rooms, toilets and all the equipment. Everyone there is friendly and responsive, and in kind it seems all the patrons are equally respectful of the clean and friendly environment and do their part. I love the new Lift lab! ChuzeFitness has done an Incredible job at anticipating the trends in fitnesses and needs of their patrons. This is my happy place!“
