The movements and equipment give you an all over body workout in a short amount of time. You are never left to question if you’re doing something right as the coaches are always there to help!
I love The Exercise Coach! It’s really an incredible workout in such a short amount of time. The people who work there have all been super nice and supportive. I highly recommend it!
I love the strength building program and how doable it is. I feel great after the 20 minute intense workout and enjoy the sessions two days a week. I've been at it for seven months and feel great! My body has firmed up, and I'm stronger and much more flexible. I have lots of energy and a stronger feeling of well-being. I also love the owner and staff! They are encouraging and supportive, and also very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. Working out at The Exercise Coach is an all around wonderful experience, and I highly recommend it!
