“We had never used this company before, but chose them because they are Elite installers of Fujitsu systems. We had them install a 2-head mini-split system (Fujitsu), and we can say, so far so good. Installation went fine, crew was friendly (I enjoyed talking about chickens), work was permitted and inspected, they helped us with the rebate paperwork, they registered our equipment for the extended warranty, and they got us a better interest rate on our financing than we originally had. That last one was an especially nice surprise.
