“Quality West Heating & Cooling recently installed for us the Fujitsu Airstage heat pump. We wanted to cool our old home (we previously had only one small window air conditioner in our living room) and also switch from our furnace heating. We did a lot of research on environmental impact. We had three bids and went with Rob, Quality West Heating & Cooling. Rob was straight forward in his presentation. The installers were absolutely fantastic! Friendly, and most of all respectful of our home. They always wore booties over their shoes, they cleaned up each day, even vacuumed the carpet on our stairs! We have now gone through quite a hot summer, and we are so comfortable. We are able to set the temperature (done through app on our phones) for each area giving us the option to have higher temps in rooms that we are rarely using, such as our spare bedroom.
