I have been using Rox Heating & Air for several years. Everyone is professional, kind, and thoroughly knowledgeable in what they are doing. Raphael was my most recent technician doing a furnace repair. He thoroughly explained what the issue was and what needed to be done. Great service, showed up on time and wasn’t pushy about offering additional products. We had used a different company in the past but they became too focused on upselling instead of customer service. Rox is an Awesome company! Will definitely be using again, glad we switched.
